Bulk Time Recording Entry

We are wanting to bulk enter time against sales orders.
Currently our warehouse staff complete hand-written timesheets and admin allocate time again the sales orders. Currently in Factory each entry must be completed individually, and if we have 10 plus tradies working on 3-4 different sales orders per day, 5 days a week it can be a very time-consuming process to enter the time.
It would be helpful if there was a table format to enter time against sales orders in bulk.
If we could select the employee’s name, Order number, date, charge type, number of hours all on the one page and easily tab between each field, it would be so much faster when admin is entering the timesheets.

This would be a great feature!! or at the least, the process needs to be speed up a lot! Our admin does the same, enters each workers Timecard manually, It takes a lot longer than the old spreadsheets used to. (we trialled it with several workers entering it themselves, they straight up refused after a week or 2 as it was a horrible process on their phones!).

Great feedback! We're very shortly going to showcase our new time tracking 'Kiosk' concept to speed up the time tracking process. While that won't solve for this, I think it would be great for you to see this in action as it'll then help us continue the conversation around timesheets in general :) Would you like us to set up some time with you to go through the Kiosk concept one on one?

This is exactly what we need to! We don't use the timesheet functionality in Factory as our employees can do multiple jobs during the day and there is often overtime at time and a half or double time. Currently, we have our employees set up as an item and we manually add each timesheet line at the correct charge out rate at the end of each week - it is very time consuming.
The table format you have shown a screenshot of looks quite similar to the old software we used to use and it was so much more efficient (when it comes to timesheet entry). We have also previously provided screenshots to Factory with how our old system handled it when we were changing over, so hopefully this is something that is in the pipeline and is released rather quickly because this is one of our biggest gripes.
