Realistic Alpaca - I'm keen to understand more about this one! Do you essentially want some sort of 'description' to display with each photo that you add to make it easier to ascertain what exactly the photo is of?

Paul Lutkajtis, At present when uploading photos to Collab, ie for Galvanising dispatch, our team then need to go back in and put an additional comment under the photograph listing the sizes and quantities, before taking another photo. So a short description when loading the photo would make this faster and more accurate.

Night sky Starfish Makes perfect sense, mate. So essentially the ability to add a comment to the photo when adding it, saving you from needing to add the photo, then remember to manually add a message after it each time.

Paul Lutkajtis It would also be really handy to press enter and have a new line start instead of it sending the message especially on the phone app.
You can compile a detailed and structured message this way. The current way info can easily be missed.

Paul Lutkajtis It would be really usefull to be able to rename a file that we attach in collaborate to give it a clear decription. It would save a lot of time for example when we receive a document via email (delivery note, material certificate etc..) to be able to drag the PDF straight from our email and then rename in collaborate. At the moment to do so, we have to first save the file as in our pc, then attach it.

Hi Yellowwood Newt - we're taking a look at this one now and anticipate we'll be able to pick up the piece of work within the next couple of weeks.
