Would be awesome if there was another field on contact information. For example, for their position title or a notes section that enabled us to select the correct contact. A long list of contacts under some customer accounts would be simplified with this.

Somewhere you could put a position title would be helpful, so we make sure invoices go to the accounts person, Quotes or PO go to the sales person, etc.

Hi Yolk Kangaroo - is the ultimate issue here that it's difficult to find specific contacts sometimes if the list of contacts is long? And adding some additional custom info to each contact would make it easier?

Hi Paul! Basically yes. Hasn't been a big issue for us yet but just realised as I am adding more contacts that it could become one. Especially once new employees start in departments who aren't aware of which customer contact you send purchase orders to (for example). Position titles - or a notes section, or both! :)
