For people in the field, we need a handy way to create a new customer and input their contact details at the very least. Creating a sales order from the phone app would be good too.

Sales Orders can now be created directly from the Factory mobile app.
We’re continuing to expand the mobile workflow in future updates, including the ability to create new customers and add catalogue items from the app. These improvements will be delivered across future phases.

Riz Ybañez it works okay.. but i quote via kits for all my sales orders so clients dont see material and labour breakdowns. The app doesnt let you edit or add kits that are pre-saved though.

Kit-based quoting is planned for an upcoming phase. Adding support for these on mobile will extend the app to support the full workflow.
