Display a preview when hovering

Longer names and references don't show a preview when hovering the mouse over them. For example, PO in the sales order, supplier in the product catalogue. This would be very beneficial, as sometimes our job references can get quite long, or we have suppliers in different locations with the same name, etc.

It would be useful to be able to see a preview of longer names across the site when you hover over them. There are plenty of instances, such as multiple PO's for the same job, where you pretty much have to guess what job you're opening, and sometimes they move around, so you end up opening the same job multiple times and it's just messy.

Hopefully this will get seen on a closed post, if not, I'll make a new post. But this is still an issue on other parts of the site. I have attached an example on the PO page. It would make life much easier to get a hover preview.
